10 Minute Leader Training - Convos

One of the most important elements of an effective student ministry is having great volunteers, but finding time to get your entire team together for a full training event can be tough. 10 Minute Leader Training is a resource designed to help you train great leaders in ministry, just 10 minutes at a time. Use them in your normal adult leader meetings or gather up a few minutes before youth group to have a short conversation on what makes a great leader in student ministry.

This Convo includes 12 training sessions. During each session, your group will discuss one quality that makes a great leader, and one thing that leaders are not. At the end of each session there is a check-in where the group determines an area of health that they need to work on before the next training.
