Contact - 5 Junior High Lessons on Prayer

Contact is a five-week curriculum on prayer that puts a modern twist on helping students learn how to pray. Using a centuries-old model called Lectio Divina, students will have the opportunity to read through scripture, meditate on scripture, pray through scripture, and, finally, contemplate the scripture by physically doing a small activity that ties into the topic. 

Provided in this curriculum are five lessons on prayer for your junior high students. Each lesson contains two or three different activities and could be practiced in your weekly programming, in small groups, or in different stations during a night of prayer. Also, included is a series of short “bumper” videos called “Howie Pray.” Each one gives a silly different tip on prayer. This is all brought to you by Believe.
