In a fast-paced world, how do you define “rest”? Is it a command from God to be followed, a luxury for the lazy, or simply something to squeeze in when there’s time? What if we understood rest as God intended, not as any one of those things, but as a gift from Him to us. Jesus tells us in Mark 2 that the Sabbath was made for us, not the other way around. In this 45-minute Convo, students will discuss the importance of rest, how to prioritize rest in their own lives, and how God desires deeply for us to rest in Him and with him.
