This resource is for ministry leaders facilitating any kind of student leadership team, whether that's a formal student council, a serve team, a small group of spiritually mature students, or a handful of teens you're intentionally pouring into.
It’d designed to be used weekly or monthly, in 45-60 minute leadership team meetings. Sessions can stand alone, but the leadership concepts build on each other over time.
